Registration information

 

HPLC2011 has a three-step secure registration system:

The 1st step is to register your e-mail address and give your selected password. After doing so you may sign on and continue the procedure.

The 2nd step ("pre-registration") involves including your personal details. This step is necessary if you would like to submit your abstract. If your affiliation is not in the database yet, please press "Add affiliation" and enter the data in that sheet.

In the 3rd step, please select your registration category and, if it is the case, additional optional fees. After completing this stage, you will be notified as becoming "Registered".

Payment can be completed separately, in a subsequent stage, from the "Registration" page. Online hotel reservation is also possible for those who selected the registration category.

Registration fee for symposium participants covers:

  • Participation in the scientific programme
  • Admission to the exhibition
  • Electronic version of the Book of Abstracts
  • Symposium bag with conference materials
  • Welcome reception (Sunday, 19 June, Symposium Venue)
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunch from Monday to Thursday
  • Farewell reception (Thursday, 23 June, Symposium Venue)
  • Participation in the cultural event (Monday, 20 June, Organ Concert in the Basilica)

Daily registration fee for symposium participants covers:

  • Participation in the scientific programme
  • Admission to the exhibition
  • Electronic version of the Book of Abstracts
  • Symposium bag with conference materials
  • Coffee break on the selected day
  • Lunch on the selected day

*** Please be informed that it is not possible to submit and present a paper with a daily registration fee. One day pass entitles the participant to visit the scientific sessions only.

Registration fee for accompanying persons covers:

  • Welcome reception (Sunday, 19 June, Symposium Venue)
  • Lunch from Monday to Thursday
  • Farewell reception (Thursday, 23 June, Symposium Venue)
  • Participation in the cultural event (Monday, 20 June, Organ Concert in the Basilica)

Daily exhibition visitor badge covers:

  • Exhibition catalogue
  • Admission to the exhibition for one day
  • Coffee break on the selected day

Exhibitors may invite guests who do not wish to attend the symposium lectures. Colleagues who are interested in the exhibition only may also purchase this badge to enter the exhibition zone. The  one-day visitor pass include admission to the exhibition area, the coffee break beverages for the selected day and a copy of the exhibition catalogue. This badge entitles the visitor to be at the stand
and/or visit the exhibition only. It is prohibited for visitors to distribute any hand-outs at the venue. The one-day visitor pass charge is 75 Euro/person, including VAT. Companies are requested to give the name, company name and country to the organisers not later than 10 June 2011.

Registration will be acknowledged in writing. Official invoices and receipts for fees paid by the participants will be handed over on site upon registration. On site, registration fees and optional programmes can be paid in cash in convertible currency or in Hungarian Forint. Besides, credit cards listed above will be accepted. The organisers regret that cheques cannot be accepted. They should be cashed at the banks.

Terms and conditions of participation

Advanced online registration is a condition of participation in the conference. During the online registration you should accept the terms and conditions of participation as well as the terms of cancellation written on this website. The registration fee/accompanying person's registration fee includes entertainment allowances, such as catering services, excursion, dinner etc. In the final invoice the amount of these services will be indicated as intermediary service. Hotel accommodation orders (if any) are also subject of intermediary service.

 

Cancellation policy

All cancellations are accepted only in writing addressed to diamond@diamond-congress.hu.

Registration fee

For registration cancellations received prior to 30 April 2011, the refund is 100%.
From 1 to 21 May 2011, the refund is 50%.
No refund is possible for cancellations submitted on or after 21 May 2011.

Hotel accommodation

For hotel reservation cancellations received prior to 30 April 2011, the refund is 100%.
If received between 1 and 20 May 2011, the prepaid hotel deposit will be kept and the rest of the payment will be refunded. 
Refund is not guaranteed for cancellations submitted on or after 21 May 2011.
